PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

TRAINING of TRAINERS:

Trainings include materials and a certificate of completion. Participants also receive 25% off any of our products purchased on the day of the training. Registration fees are located on the 'Training' page of our website.
Please make checks out to: Multiethnic Education Program, and mail with completed registration form(s) to: 1581 LeRoy Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94708.

If there is more than one person attending from your organization, please submit separate registration forms for each individual. It is, however, fine to send multiple payments on the same check. As class size is limited to 50 participants, the completed registration form(s) and check should be postmarked no later than 5 days before the event.

A minimum of 20 participants is required for 'Training of Trainers'. The Multiethnic Education Program reserves the right to cancel any training due to lack of participation or other issues that impact the quality or access to the training. If the Multiethnic Education Program cancels the training, you will be offered a full refund. Notice of cancellation will be given within five days of the scheduled training, if possible. Individual cancellations up to one week prior to the training will receive full reimbursement; any cancellations made after this time will receive credit to use towards future trainings or products.
